[A.] U.S. customers with U.S. "confirmed" delivery addresses (same as billing address) may put as much as they want on their credit card, debit card, or check, through PayPal at no charge to customer. Customers do NOT need to have an account with PayPal to send/transfer funds.

[A.] If for some reason you are not pleased with the items, we will take it back within 15 days of the date you received it and an exchange or a refund will be granted. If an item is created to your specific measurements, you receive the item and decide that you would like it a few inches bigger, we will NOT exchange for a different size. We can only do one thing, try to alter the existing garment that was purchased. . See our company policy.

This will save the picture to "My Pictures") AOL users need to open an Internet Explorer window to save images. Please do not chew us up, save the pictures and upload them to your own server.

[A.] This is a nationwide industry problem. Every manufacturer cuts any labels sizes differently. If you would like sizing advice before you order, don't hesitate to contact us. We prefer our customers to give us specific measurements and let us know how they like their clothing to fit.

[A.] Customers order an item by first clicking on "BUY THIS ITEM NOW". "Review Your Order". Click "Place Order" to submit the order. Lastly, customers will then be on a page to transfer funds using PayPal which includes an estimate of shipping cost - we will receive notification from PayPal of the transferred funds, credits are paid immediately.

[A.] To save shipping charges we use the USPS Priority Global (4-6 business days) on small packages. U.S. Post Office and 4-6 week Surface Post or 6-10 day Air Mail for an additional fee. Most of these orders must be prepaid by U.S. Postal money order, Paypal, or bank wire U.S. dollars to us.

[A.] No. we have many items that may never be online. For whatever reason it may be (Pictures will not suffice, ect.)

[A.] Drop Ship is the process in which the owner of a business has merchandise sent directly from the Wholesaler to the owner's customer.
For example, Megan in Florida has a customer in Texas that ordered a T-shirt. Megan pays us for the T-shirt and then we Drop Ship the T-shirt to Megan's customer. Megan's return address will be printed on the box - no mention of Rags to Rotten anywhere on or in the box.
Drop Shipping has become much more common in recent years, and many on-line retailers especially use this service because there is no need to warehouse merchandise.
[Q-30-B] How Do I Get Started in my own Drop Ship business?
[A.] One way is to put the merchandise that you want to sell on online auctions, your current E-Commerce website, or wherever you feel you may generate sales.
Once you receive notification of a sale, you simply collect your customer's funds for the retail price of that sale, being sure to have included all shipping and handling fees. You may choose to accept personal checks, money orders, credit cards, PayPal, or whichever payment method you would like when collecting payments from your customers. It's your business!

[Q-30-E] Will my Drop Ship Order have your address or company information on it? [A.] No, Drop Ship orders will have no mention of R2R anywhere on the box or on any invoice.
The return address on the box will be the Drop Shippers. As far as the customer knows, we don't exist. When they re-order, it will be from you, not us.
Most Drop Ship orders are shipped without an invoice, although we will put one in the box if it's e-mailed to us.

[A.] No, all Drop Ship orders must be prepaid.

[A.] No, the price you see at checkout is the price that you pay. Any shipping and handling charges are calculated with the shipping. There are no additional fees to Drop Ship.
